Wilfred has 22 years of experience in federal tax and law enforcement. Throughout his career with IRS Criminal Investigation, Wilfred conducted and supervised investigations involving tax, investment, bank and mortgage fraud, recycling fraud, public corruption, anti-terrorist financing, domestic and international money laundering, and narcotics. These cases involved placing of individuals on the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) list, and prosecuting individuals under the RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) statute. After retiring from government, he worked five years at a bank conducting investigations that included, insider trading, Ponzi schemes, business email compromises, and SBA Cares Act fraud.
