Viren Mascarenhas is the Founding Partner of Mascarenhas Law PLLC, a disputes boutique headquartered in New York. The firm specializes in international arbitration (construction, commercial and investment), and U.S. litigation relating to cross-border disputes, including enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and foreign judgments in U.S. courts. Previously, Viren was a Partner in the litigation and arbitration practices at Milbank LLP and King & Spalding LLP. He is ranked by Chambers USA, Chambers Global, Legal 500, Law360, Lawdragon, Latinvex, and Lexology Index for his expertise in international arbitration and global disputes. He has also been recognized more generally for his accomplishments as an attorney by the New York Law Journal, the South Asian Bar Association, and the LGBT Bar Association. Viren teaches at Columbia Law School and is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
