Victor S.O. Song

Former Chief of IRS Criminal Investigation Division
Seattle, WA

Victor Song is a Partner in Integritas³ Corporation, a growing, thriving forensic accounting, litigation support, expert witness and tax advisory company made of top-level highly respected former IRS-CI talent and Fortune 500 executive leadership, where he leads all aspects of tax consulting, investigations, compliance, and training.

Early in his career, Victor developed and implemented procedures for the IRS’ Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program, generating thousands of additional disclosures of offshore bank accounts and over $7B in fines. He has also worked closely with federal agencies in Homeland Security and the Treasury Department to follow the funds of a large charity with direct ties to Al Qaeda in the US.

As Chief, Criminal Investigation Division at the IRS, he led all aspects of investigating criminal violations of the Internal Revenue Code and related financial crimes, managing a worldwide staff of 4,200 and a $600M budget.

He has an extensive background in reducing financial fraud and product theft for entities in both the public and private sectors, including for a Fortune 500 company. He has achieved immense success in streamlining efficiencies, implementing process improvements, and coordinating activities across multiple operations, with global experience spanning North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. His clients have seen significant reductions in product theft and fraudulent claims while improving customer service.
