Timothy Midura is an estate planning and administration practitioner with over 35 years legal practice and a specialization in charitable gift facilitation. He is law licensed in Illinois and Florida and also possesses CPA and LLM (taxation) credentials. Tim also serves as executive director of the Brooks Institute for Animal Rights Law and Policy that is a national think-and-do tank advancing animal law and the representation of animal interests.
