Nathan Hochman

Nathan Hochman is a former Assistant Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice's Tax Division, a former federal prosecutor, and one of the nation's leading lawyers in tax and criminal litigation. Nathan has tried over 40 federal jury trials, argued over 30 appeals, and, while a prosecutor, ran over 100 complex criminal fraud investigations. He has been the chair or deputy chair of two major international law firms' White Collar defense practices and a former President of the Los Angeles City Ethics Commission. Nathan has authored numerous articles on tax and criminal issues and lectured on these issues all over the United States and the world. Nathan is currently a partner at Ellis George Cipollone O'Brien & Annaguey LLP.
