Nainesh Shah, CFA, CVA is Co-Founder and Director of Valuation Advisory at Complete Advisors in New York. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in complex valuations for gift tax and estate planning purposes, including public and private corporations, real estate, patents, and private equity. Nainesh holds an MBA in Finance and is a member of CFA Society NY and Chairman of NACVA's Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Commission. He regularly authors articles for Trust & Estate and The CPA Journal and has delivered over 200 presentations to attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors on valuation and tax-related topics.
