Michaelle D. Rafferty is a shareholder of Maupin, Cox & LeGoy, practicing in HNW estate and gift tax planning, administration, tax controversy, and litigation, including formation and operations of family trust companies. Michaelle co-chairs the Legislative Committee for the Nevada State Bar Probate & Trust Section, and served the Section as an executive officer from 2011 through 2019. She is Court-appointed to the Nevada Supreme Court's Bench-Bar Committee, and appears before the Nevada Legislature and Courts throughout the US as an expert on Nevada trust and estate law. She is an ACTEC Regent and State Chair, and designated as AV Preeminent, Legal Elite, a Chambers HNW Planner, a Mountain States SuperLawyers, and in Best Lawyers for both planning and litigation.
