Kenneth J. Hines is an Enrolled Agent and Certified Fraud Examiner with over 24 years of experience in federal tax, law enforcement, financial investigations, forensic accounting, and executive leadership, having worked for the Internal Revenue Service - Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI). He has conducted and supervised high-profile investigations related to tax fraud, public corruption, investment fraud, and human trafficking, among others. Kenneth has held increasingly higher positions of authority and responsibility, including Director of Operations, Policy, and Support for all of IRS-CI.

Currently, as a Partner of Integritas³ Corporation, he and his team provides businesses with forensic accounting, tax advisory/litigation support, and compliance integrity services. Kenneth is also a Lecturer and an Executive in Residence at the University of Washington – Bothell School of Business, where he mentors accounting students and teaches forensic accounting and other accounting courses.

Additionally, during his many years of consulting he provided tax advisory, financial compliance, and training to individuals and companies on how to handle domestic and international tax issues. Throughout his career, Kenneth has published several articles on tax and investment fraud and currency violations, represented his agency, and served as a liaison to government officials both domestically and internationally.
