Kelly Murphy Berlingeri, Esq., has been an attorney for 24 years. She has been with the Superior Court of California, County of Ventura for 4 years. Her current titles is Court Case Management Attorney working on special assignments. 
Mrs. Berlingeri acted as the court's permanent Judge Pro Tem calling the Civil Case Management Conference calendar, as well as the Small Claims calendar. She served as the Probate Examiner for two years, reviewing conservatorships, guardianships and special needs trust accountings. She regularly sits as Judge Pro Tem in probate court when Judge Lund is on vacation. She recently started teaching Real Property law at a local law school just for fun.
Prior to joining the court, she was in private practice for 15 years specializing in conservatorships, estate & trust planning and administration focusing primarily on fiduciary accountings.
Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. Berlingeri worked for 5 years as a civil litigation insurance defense attorney.
