Keith A. Davidson is a partner at Albertson & Davidson, LLP. He has over twenty-three years of experience in California trust, will, estate, and probate litigation. Mr. Davidson focuses his practice primarily on representing beneficiaries in trust contest, trustee removal, breach of trust, trust distribution, trust accounting, and trust interpretation cases. During the course of his career, Mr. Davidson has represented high-net-worth clients in estate planning and advanced estate planning matters, trust administration, conservatorships, and probate administration.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Keith attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he served as the Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review before graduating in the top ten percent of his class. After working for several large firms in Los Angeles and Costa Mesa, Mr. Davidson co-founded Albertson & Davidson, LLP in January 2008, with partner Stewart Albertson.
