Kazuhiko Nishihara is a lawyer admitted in Japan and New York State. His practice includes domestic and international inheritance, litigation, ADR, international transaction, employment law, corporate, and M&A. He is an accredited mediator of the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in London, and a listed mediator of the Mediation Center Osaka. He is a founder and managing partner of Honmachi International Law Office, P.C., and a member of Hawaii Tax Institute Advisory Committee since 2017.
