Jeffay Chang is a Senior Director, Regional Fiduciary Wealth Manager leading BNY Wealth’s fiduciary team throughout the Northeast region. Jeffay is responsible for the management and administration of client trust relationships and collaborates with local and regional wealth management teams on existing and prospective investment management and fiduciary relationships for individuals, charitable and family office clients. Jeffay is also responsible for implementing strategic national fiduciary priorities in coordination with regional fiduciary needs.

Jeffay joined the firm in 2025 and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. His previous experience includes serving as a Senior Trust, Estate and Fiduciary Strategist at Capital Group Private Client Services for three years. Senior Vice President and National Trust Advisor Team Lead at City National Bank for six years and Senior Trust Strategist and Team Lead at the Goldman Sachs Trust Company for over 12 years. Prior to that he has held different advisory roles at UBS and US Trust Company.

Jeffay frequently presents on topics relating to tax, fiduciary, estate planning and administration at industry and client conferences and has authored a number of articles. On a personal note, Jeffay, along with his wife and three boys are avid tennis players and enjoy all types of racquet sports.
