Harumi is a Shareholder of Buchalter APC. Buchalter, founded in California in the 1930s, now has approximately 400 lawyers in eleven offices located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Harumi is a member of Buchalter’s Corporate Practice Group and Japan Practice Group. She has been practicing law for over 30 years and represents clients, including companies based in the U.S., Europe, and Japan and other Asia/Pacific Rim countries on corporate, business, and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, most of which are cross-border and international in nature. She serves many of her clients as outside general counsel. In addition, Harumi represents individuals and families on wealth management, succession planning, and estate planning matters. Harumi was born in Kyoto, Japan, and grew up in Japan and the U.S. Harumi is a native Japanese and English speaker. Harumi represents clients utilizing her bilingual language skills.
