Dan is a Partner in the Orange County office. He is an attorney with over 20 years of experience as a high-net-worth wealth planner and specializes in evaluating and optimizing clients' financial situation to help them obtain their financial goals. Dan has extensive experience in areas such as income and estate tax, business succession, risk management/insurance and retirement planning.

Prior to joining the firm, Dan was the Senior Managing Director – Head of Wealth Planning for First Foundation Advisors, where he was responsible for all wealth planning initiatives for the firm. He was also the Regional Director, Senior Wealth Strategist at Union Bank Private Wealth Planning and a Senior Vice President, Senior Wealth Planning Strategist at Wells Fargo Private Bank.

Dan is a Certified Financial Planner® and holds his Juris Doctorate and LL.M. in Taxation from Pepperdine University School of Law and Golden Gate University School of Law, respectively. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
